Ceramic filter element

Ceramic filter elements, due to their excellent material properties, possess characteristics such as high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and high temperature resistance. They are currently widely used in various industries for solid-liquid separation, gas purification, and water treatment. Ceramic membrane materials have high filtration precision, low filtration resistance, and good cleaning and regeneration performance. Depending on different usage requirements, ceramic membrane materials are further divided into microfiltration membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, and reverse osmosis membranes.

Product Description

Main Technical Parameters

The maximum filtration precision can reach 0.1μm, with a filtration efficiency exceeding 95%. It is suitable for strong acids (such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid), strong bases (such as sodium hydroxide), and various organic solvents. The maximum working pressure can reach 16MPa, making it suitable for high-temperature gas filtration, with a maximum working temperature of up to 900°C. It is capable of backwashing, which facilitates automated operation.
